Who we are
illegalsoup is an online shop based at Kambalakkad, Pallimukk, Kerala 673122, India. You can reach us at illegalsoupp@gmail.com or +91 75107 98870. The store and checkout run on Shopify.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free.
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. We may change prices on the site at any time, but never on an order already placed.
- The crossed-out price shown next to a price is the product's listed MRP.
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or SMS. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, stock runs out or a price was shown in error), we tell you and refund any payment in full.
Payment
Orders are prepaid by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. Cash on Delivery is not offered on this site. Your payment details go to the payment provider, not to us.
Delivery
We deliver within India. Orders placed before 6 PM on a working day are normally dispatched the same day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on the shipping and returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and replacements
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Returns for a change of mind are accepted only for unused bottles in original packaging, with return shipping paid by you. The booster ring cannot be returned once applied. See shipping and returns for how to make a claim.
Discount codes
FIRST5 gives 5% off your first order and can be used once per customer. Codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to an order after it is placed. We may withdraw or change a code at any time, which never affects an order already placed.
Using the bottle safely
- The lid is a magnetic phone mount. It does not charge your phone.
- Place the bottle on a flat, stable surface before mounting a phone, and keep it away from edges, especially when the bottle is nearly empty and lighter.
- Keep the magnet away from bank cards, hotel key cards, pacemakers and other magnet-sensitive devices.
- Apply the booster ring to a clean, dry, flat surface. The adhesive is designed to stay put; removing it may leave residue or mark some cases.
- Do not microwave the bottle or freeze it full of water. Do not use it for carbonated or hot oily liquids under a sealed lid.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, up to the amount you paid for the order. We are not responsible for damage to a phone caused by using the mount on an unstable surface, by dropping the bottle, or by using the product against the guidance above.
