These terms are between you and illegalsoup, the operator of this store. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

Where we ship
We ship within India only. Delivery is free on every order with no minimum value. Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day, and delivery usually takes three to five working days depending on your pin code. Those timings are our normal service, not a guarantee; courier delays, weather and public holidays can push them out.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. We try hard to keep prices, stock and product descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, or is out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and will tell you and refund you in full.
An order is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Until then we may decline it.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Shopify. You can pay by UPI, card, or net banking, and Cash on Delivery is available across most Indian pin codes. Your card and UPI details go to Shopify and its payment partners, never to us.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the courier the full amount at the door. Repeatedly refusing delivery on Cash on Delivery orders may mean we stop offering that option to you.
Discount codes
FIRST5 gives 5% off and can be used once per customer. Discount codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied to an order after it is placed, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or change a code at any time, though that will never affect an order you have already placed.
Returns and replacements
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong and we will arrange a return or a replacement. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and, where the item is damaged or not what you ordered, a photograph.
The item should be in the condition you received it, with its packaging, unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders we will ask for bank details so we can transfer the refund.
We do not charge a restocking fee. If a return is because the item was damaged, faulty or not what was described, we cover the return shipping.
Using this site
Please do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to do anything unlawful. The text and images on this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use.
Reviews shown on this site
Some ratings and reviews currently displayed on product pages are placeholder content used while the store is new. They are not real customer feedback and should not be relied on when deciding to buy. We will replace them with genuine reviews and remove this notice once we have them.
Liability
Our products are everyday household items. Use them as described. We are responsible for supplying what you ordered in working condition, and for putting it right if we do not. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond that, such as damage caused by installing a product incorrectly or using it for something it was not made for.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, email illegalsoupp@gmail.com with Grievance in the subject line and your order number. We will acknowledge it and tell you what we are doing about it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
